Horseback Riding Tours – Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

Please read our easy cancellation rules before booking your Tamarindo horseback riding tour.

 

Free Cancellation

Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour and receive a full refund.

 

To cancel, just email, call, or WhatsApp us with your booking details.

 

Late Cancellations

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour, we keep 50% of the total price to cover reserved horses and guide time.

 

No-Show Policy

If you don’t arrive on the day of the tour and have not contacted us, the booking is non-refundable.

 

Weather & Safety

Tours run rain or shine, but if unsafe weather or trail conditions force us to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or free reschedule—your choice.

 

How to Cancel or Change a Booking
